Job description

Our client, is a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Project Manager for their Teaneck, NJ location.
 
Requirements:
  • Strong Traditional PM skills with HC experience
  • Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with a solid grasp of Scrum frameworks and ceremonies
  • A basic understanding of claims processes is essential.
  • Strong experience managing large-scale, complex projects/programs
  • End-to-End Project Planning & Delivery

  • Budget & Financial Management
  • Governance & Reporting Discipline
  • Vendor & Contract Management
  • Communication & Executive Presentation Skills

  • Team Leadership & Delivery Ownership
  • Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with a solid grasp of Scrum frameworks and ceremonies
  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • It would be a great advantage if the candidates have previously worked in the Aetna Claims domain.
  • However, at a minimum, a basic understanding of claims processes is essential.
