Industry implementation use cases to look for:
Health Care:
Providers (hospitals, clinics): Patient care patient, physicians
Payer (insurance Client, etc.): claims management, member (physician) utilization, member enrollment
Life sciences:
Drug related support programs: Physician and Patient portals with Health Cloud CRM
Reimbursement Hub: administered by drug companies when they fill prescriptions directly with patient (similar to when an individual visits a CVS or Walgreens ot get their prescription filled)
patient assistance programs (PAP): drug fillment to patients with no means of purchasing high-cost drugs, which are given away by drug companies at no cost
