Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skilled at reviewing agreements of purchase and sale, conducting title searches and off-title searches, execution searches, preparing requisitions and responding to requisitions; preparing all closing documents; final reports to clients and mortgage lenders.
Ability to prepare mortgage documents and interpret mortgage instructions from any institution

An established Real Estate Software company located in Oakville is seeking a Residential Real Estate Law Clerk to join their team in their Mississauga office.
Your Responsibilities
Manage Purchase/Sale/Mortgage of residential properties from beginning to end independently
Skilled at reviewing agreements of purchase and sale, conducting title searches and off-title searches, execution searches, preparing requisitions and responding to requisitions; preparing all closing documents; final reports to clients and mortgage lenders.

Salary Range
$65,000 - $85,000
