What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an NC ROOTS Regional Hub Vice President to join our team! The Regional Hub Vice President serves as the senior operational leader responsible for translating the NC ROOTS Hub strategy into disciplined, on-the-ground execution across the region. This role oversees day-to-day operations, implementation of all hub initiatives, and performance management of sub-awardees and network partners. Working in close partnership with the Executive Director, the Vice President ensures that all programs are executed with speed, quality, accountability, and measurable outcomes. This role functions as the “integrator” of the Hub, aligning teams, partners, and initiatives into a cohesive, high-performing system.
*Recruitment for this position is being conducted in anticipation of program funding approval. The position is contingent upon receipt and continuation of funding through the NC Roots effective June 1, 2026.
