SUMMARY | ||
The Assistant Controller will serve as a key financial leader, directing the day-to-day operations of the accounting team and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. This senior manager-level role will manage financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and oversee the finance team's integration of new acquisitions and new-build locations to support corporate scaling. | ||
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES | ||

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES | ||
Responsible for the supervision, performance management, and leadership of the Accounting team, currently consisting of ten staff members. | ||
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE | ||
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record as a successful financial leader in a high-growth, multi-unit retail or veterinary care environment (or similar). Required experience includes:
