Business Analyst
Location: Camden, NJ
Duration: Long-term
Rate: DOE US Citizens, GC, EAD ( H4, L2), E3 TN visa holders preferred, NO third party corp to corp accepted for this job
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day hands-on analysis for our Meeting Rooms (planned and currently upgraded)
Facilitate prioritization and requirement gathering
Test meeting room equipment
Document and manage issues list
Document new and revised policies
Partner with internal teams
Strong analysis skills
Ability to identify trends
Ability to apply learnings to rooms at other locations
Assist with analysis of changes and associated outcomes
Assist with end-user training and communications
Accountabilities include:
Tracks & prioritizes backlog
Data & systems analysis across multiple environments
Documenting policies and procedures
COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE:
Working across multiple stakeholder groups in the collaboration space
Prioritize issues found in design and testing and document requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or computer science.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5+ years of working in IT projects as a Business Analyst or in a data management role
Business Analysis background with tech exposure, preferably in Microsoft Teams
Fast learner, dynamic and motivated, empathic to end-user needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with hands-on use of meeting room equipment and Microsoft Teams
