Minimum 2 years of Business Development in the professional services ServiceNow space
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years) work experience

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a seasoned Migration Expert. Someone who has ideally done a migration from FreshDesk to ServiceNow (on the technical, not the business side).
If they have not specifically done Freshdesk to Servicenow, any third party ITSM migration to ServiceNow will work (ZenDesk, Jira, Atera, SolarWinds, etc).
