Job description

Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect
Location: Redwood City, CA (Remote)
Rate: DOE
Position Type: Contract (03.23.2026 to 06.26.20226)

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot)
Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)
Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360)

Key Responsibilities

Lead marketing automation initiatives across MCAE, MCP, and Data Cloud
Configure MCAE campaigns, Engagement Studio journeys, automation rules, and scoring models
Build segmentation, dynamic lists, suppression rules, and audience targeting
Support Data Cloud audience activation and campaign alignment
Implement campaign hierarchy, templates, and automation frameworks
Support campaign setup, deployment, and troubleshooting
Manage email deliverability (IP warming, sender reputation, bounce handling)
Implement personalization using MCP behavioral triggers
Provide technical guidance to offshore campaign teams
Work with marketing stakeholders and support campaigns in EST timezone

Required Skills
