Lead Cloud Engineer (remote)
Role Summary
  • The Lead Cloud Engineer is responsible for implementing shared cloud services, automation frameworks, and technical standards used across all migration pods.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain reusable IaC modules and automation pipelines.
  • Implement core services such as monitoring, backup, logging, and security tooling.
  • Support complex migrations, performance issues, and stabilization activities.
  • Enforce engineering standards and operational readiness requirements.
  • Technology Stack & Tools
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation
  • Automation & CI/CD: Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
  • Cloud Services: EC2, EKS, RDS, S3
  • Operations: CloudWatch, backup and DR tooling
  • Entails creating reusable, scalable engineering components that enable fast, repeatable migrations across pods.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years in cloud engineering
  • Strong AWS, Terraform, Ansible, and scripting experience
  • Experience supporting migration factories and large-scale environments
