Job description

Job Title: EDI IBM Sterling Integrator Developer
Domain: Supply Chain
Work Mode: Remote

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of EDI solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
Develop and maintain business processes (BPML), workflows, and adapters within Sterling Integrator.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI transaction failures and system performance issues.
Design and support integration pipelines across trading partners and supply chain systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and support teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of EDI integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (v5.2.6 or above).
Strong experience in IBM Sterling Commerce application modules and integration pipelines.
Expertise in BPML workflows, adapters, and Sterling configuration.
Extensive experience in EDI mapping formats, including:
- ANSI X12
- EDIFACT
- XML
- CSV
- Flat Files
- JSON
Strong knowledge of communication protocols: FTP, SFTP, AS2, VAN.
Proficiency in DB2, SQL, XML, XSLT, Web Services, and APIs.
Experience in monitoring tools and EDI transaction troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
