Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to serve as a key technical contributor responsible for designing, implementing, and governing development-stage DevOps solutions. This role focuses on building scalable CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and ensuring release readiness through robust testing and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement DevOps automation solutions and platform components aligned with project scope and milestones
• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for application environments (e.g., provisioning, configuration, secrets management)
• Establish and enforce release quality gates (code reviews, static analysis, testing evidence)
• Ensure release readiness and provide go-live sign-off for deployments
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as architecture decision records (ADRs), design docs, and runbooks
• Ensure traceability between requirements, code changes, testing, and deployments
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams on implementation strategies
• Mentor and guide mid-level engineers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, etc.)
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience with secure deployment practices (secrets management, RBAC, least privilege)
• Strong experience in automation and workflow optimization
• Ability to produce audit-ready technical documentation and artifacts
