Senior AI Engineer – Agentic Systems & LLM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong experience in Agentic AI systems, LLM applications, and Python-based backend development. The candidate will design, build, and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions using modern LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end LLM-powered applications using Python
• Build Agentic AI workflows with planning, execution, and memory capabilities
• Develop RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases
• Implement AI orchestration using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen
• Integrate AI systems with APIs, backend services, and cloud platforms
• Optimize AI applications for scalability, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and production support

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python development
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications and prompt engineering
• Experience building Agentic workflows and AI orchestration systems
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of backend systems and cloud-based architectures
• Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Agentic AI workflow development
• Proven experience building production-grade AI applications
• Experience deploying scalable AI solutions in cloud environments
• Experience in Healthcare Insurance / Payer domain
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, monitoring, and optimization strategies
