SAP BRIM CM Consultant

Role: SAP BRIM CM Consultant
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 12-18 months+
Location: 100% Remote - Candidates can work anywhere in India (with occasional travel as needed to Bangalore or Mumbai)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Lead the support of SAP S4 BRIM with specifi c responsibilities of (Convergent Mediation) CM as a techno functional consultant
● Experience in working on various databases for collection of data, automated rating and charging, campaign management and system integrations with other BRIM modules
● Proficient in integrating SAP BRIM with external applications, using both direct connectivity and middleware solutions.
● Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the SAP BRIM system. Develop user manuals and training materials.
● Manage projects related to SAP BRIM rollouts, upgrades, or enhancements. Experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables.
● Customize SAP BRIM solutions to meet specifi c business requirements. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards. ● Work with multiple teams across the globe and handle resources from multiple vendors while ensuring smooth and on time delivery of the project deliverables.
● Exposure to Data Migration and to automated testing tools is a must.
● Exposure to Servicenow and Jira is desirable.
● Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to problems encountered by users in SAP BRIM CM ● Work closely with various stakeholders, including the billing team, fi nance, and IT departments, to ensure SAP BRIM CM aligns with overall business objectives.
● Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the SAP BRIM CM system to enhance performance and user experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
● 6 to 8 years of experience on SAP(Convergent Mediation) CM as a techno functional consultant
● Experience with upstream systems / modules and downstream reporting or analytics systems is desirable.
● At Least 2 life cycles projects from Blueprinting to Go-live. Multiple years of production support facilitating year end activities.
● Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
● Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills applied in a constantly changing fast paced environment.
● Experience working with both offshore teams as well as third party vendors preferred.
