Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 12 months+
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Timezone: IST with overlap to US teams (2 hours of overlap. End of consultant's day overlaps with start of US day EST.)
Location: 100% Remote - Candidates can work form anywhere in India

Overview

We are seeking multiple experienced AWS Connect Engineers to support a large-scale contact center transformation and resiliency initiative. This team will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and integrating Amazon Connect solutions within a highly scalable, mission-critical environment.

The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, AWS serverless technologies, backend integrations, and custom contact center development within complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom CCP (Contact Control Panel) integrations
• Build real-time reporting dashboards and analytics solutions
• Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM and backend systems
• Develop data pipelines and reporting capabilities using AWS analytics services
• Collaborate with UX and backend teams on custom agent desktop functionality

Required Skills

• Strong experience with:
  • Amazon Connect CCP
  • React
  • Kinesis
  • Python
  • AWS Glue / Athena
• Experience with real-time reporting and analytics
• Experience integrating contact center platforms with CRM systems
• Strong frontend and API integration experience

Preferred

• Experience building custom agent desktop solutions
• Contact center reporting and analytics experience
• Enterprise-scale AWS data processing experience
