M365/O365 Migration Consultant - Google Workspace

About the role:

We are hiring a Technical Lead / Engineer with strong Google Workspace deployment and migration experience for a remote USA-based engagement.

This role requires a highly technical, customer-facing consultant who can lead enterprise collaboration transformation projects involving Google Workspace deployments, migrations, architecture, security, and administration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead deployment and configuration of Google Workspace services including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sites, Chat, Meet, and mobile access
• Conduct customer workshops and provide advisory on Google Admin Console configuration and best practices
• Design enterprise collaboration and identity architectures
• Provide security recommendations and administrative governance guidance
• Lead migration activities from M365/O365, Exchange, OneDrive, Box, and related platforms into Google Workspace
• Configure mail routing, provisioning strategies, identity management, endpoint management, and collaboration environments
• Support automation and administration initiatives across Workspace environments

Required Skills:

• Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace deployment and administration
• Experience conducting technical workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Expertise in Google Workspace migration projects
• Experience migrating from Microsoft 365 / Office 365 / Exchange / OneDrive environments
• Experience with Google Workspace Migrate and other migration tools
• Strong understanding of identity management, provisioning, mail routing, security, and administration
• Experience with enterprise collaboration architecture and governance
