Summary
Client is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with relevant years in Salesforce development/architecture) to architect, develop, and lead the implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. This role involves technical leadership, solution architecture, and team mentorship, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and Salesforce best practices.
Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures.
  Design secure, high-performance, and future-proof solutions using Salesforce best practices.

• Lead development using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Components.
  Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware platforms.
  Manage data migrations, ETL processes, and external system integrations.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and admins.
  Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive DevOps practices.
  Manage Gearset, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and automated deployments.
• Oversee configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  Ensure compliance with Governor Limits, security standards, and performance optimization.
• Work with business analysts, product owners, and project managers to define technical scope.
  Provide technical feasibility analysis and effort estimation.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies.
  Recommend platform enhancements and new features to optimize business processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.E or B.Tech or MCA
• Core Salesforce Expertise:Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Components.
• SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules.
• Integration & Middleware:
  REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Heroku, third-party connectors.
• Data & Architecture:
  Data modeling, schema design, performance tuning.
  Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, Packaging.
• DevOps & Tools:
  CI/CD (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins), Git, VS Code, Azure DevOps.
  Automated testing frameworks and TDD.
• Cloud Expertise:
  Mandatory: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
  Good to Have: Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce
• Other Technologies:
  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
  Familiarity with AWS/Azure for hybrid integrations.
• Certifications (Preferred):
  Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
  Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  Integration Architecture Designer, System Architect.
• Team Management:
  Mentor a team of mid-level and junior developers
  Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

Certifications in Salesforce Service cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud

• Excellent skills in HMTL5, CSS3 and Javascript

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands on experience on APEX Data Loader/Middleware technologies
• Experience in building SOAP, REST enabled applications (Server to Server Web Services)
• Hands on experience on Salesforce lightning, Angular
• Object Oriented Programming (OOPs) and is a must Skill. Knowledge (JAVA) is desirable and advantageous.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration with back-end systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, etc).
• Solid Programming abilities in one or more of the following languages: JAVA, Oracle PL/SQL, JavaScript
• Experience working with source control and continuous integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
