Business Systems Analyst – GW Systems (xEngage):
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Guidewire systems (xEngage, ClaimCenter).
Design, configure, and customize Guidewire applications to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and assist in testing and validation of solutions.
Provide ongoing support for Guidewire systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing system enhancements.
Lead or participate in project meetings, offering insights into the feasibility and timelines of proposed changes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and workflows.
