Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SeniorBusiness Analyst with 12–15+ years of overall IT experience, including 8–10+ years in the US Retirement / Recordkeeping domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with large recordkeeping clients, driving business analysis, solution design, and successful delivery across retirement platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements
Work on initiatives involving recordkeeping platforms such as FIS Omni, FIS Relius, and SS&C TRAC
Support plan onboarding activities, including data mapping and payroll integration
Interpret plan documents, legal provisions, and service agreements for accurate system configuration
Contribute to Sponsor, Participant, and Advisor digital experience enhancements
Perform impact analysis and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate closely with business, operations, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
Required Skills & Experience
12–15+ years of overall IT experience
8–10+ years of experience in the US Retirement / Recordkeeping domain
Strong understanding of retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans
Hands-on expertise in at least 2–3 of the following areas:
Recordkeeping systems (e.g., Omni, Relius, TRAC)
Plan onboarding and payroll integration
Plan documents and legal/service provisions
Digital experience platforms
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and system integration concepts
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience working with large-scale recordkeeping clients or enterprise retirement platforms
Exposure to end-to-end retirement platform implementations or transformations
Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in retirement services
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
