Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12–15+ years of overall IT experience, including 8–10+ years in the US Retirement / Recordkeeping domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with large recordkeeping clients, driving business analysis, solution design, and successful delivery across retirement platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements
  • Work on initiatives involving recordkeeping platforms such as FIS Omni, FIS Relius, and SS&C TRAC
  • Support plan onboarding activities, including data mapping and payroll integration
  • Interpret plan documents, legal provisions, and service agreements for accurate system configuration
  • Contribute to Sponsor, Participant, and Advisor digital experience enhancements
  • Perform impact analysis and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Collaborate closely with business, operations, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery

Required Skills & Experience
  • 12–15+ years of overall IT experience
  • 8–10+ years of experience in the US Retirement / Recordkeeping domain
  • Strong understanding of retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans
  • Hands-on expertise in at least 2–3 of the following areas:
    • Recordkeeping systems (e.g., Omni, Relius, TRAC)
    • Plan onboarding and payroll integration
    • Plan documents and legal/service provisions
    • Digital experience platforms
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and system integration concepts
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with large-scale recordkeeping clients or enterprise retirement platforms
  • Exposure to end-to-end retirement platform implementations or transformations
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in retirement services
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
