Job Description:
-Experience in testing with multiple Workday customers with in-depth Workday HCM knowledge
-Creation of the system test environment, and conducted functional and system tests for development and enhancement project
-General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (Core HCM/Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent & Performance management/ Absence Management/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ Payroll/Compensation)
-Development of complex reports
-Experience in Workday Reporting, Report Builder, Custom Reports, XSLT Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT)
-Experience with Workday Application and Reports
-Must have a problem-solving attitude
-Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision
-Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
-Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
-Developed advanced, matrix, and composite reports supporting global HR operations.
-Built complex calculated fields for workforce and payroll analytics.
-Designed executive dashboards using Score Cards, Discovery Boards and Prism Analytics.
-Optimization of report performance
-Implemented secure RaaS reports supporting downstream integrations.
-Collaborated with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
-Conducted report security audits and access validations.
-Supported Workday production reporting incidents and enhancements.
-Workday certification from Implementation partner is mandatory for this role.
