  • Enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Health Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 completed semesters
  • Strong interest in HR operations, willingness to learn and grow, with a structured, detail-oriented, reliable working style; good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HR systems is a plus; strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
  • English (B2 or higher) and German (B2 or higher; native or near-native preferred) language skills

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Services Working Student to support our HR Operations Team with administrative and operational HR tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance, and workforce management within a dynamic and international environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and internal databases

  • Support contract administration, documentation checks, and compliance tracking

  • Handle employee inquiries and support the preparation of official letters and documentation for authorities

  • Provide support for ongoing HR projects and initiatives


Your Profile

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Health Economics, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 semesters completed at university

  • Strong interest in HR operations and willingness to learn, develop, and grow in the role

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Confident in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with HR systems is a plus

  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset


Work Experience

  • Prior experience as an HR Working Student or in an HR-related role is a plus, but not mandatory


Personal Qualities

  • High motivation and curiosity for HR operations

  • Ability to work independently and responsibly

  • Open-minded and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment


Language Skills

  • English: B2 or higher

  • German: B2 or higher (native or near-native preferred)


Working Conditions

  • Location: Remote within Germany

  • Working hours: 15–20 hours per week

  • Time zone: Germany

  • Holiday calendar: Bavarian public holidays
