Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Position Overview

We are recruiting for a full-time Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide telehealth therapy services to clients in Maryland. This remote role is focused on direct counseling, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ongoing client support.

Job Summary

This position gives an LCPC the opportunity to provide consistent mental health care through virtual sessions. You will help clients address current concerns, better understand their experiences, and work toward healthier coping and decision-making patterns.

You will be responsible for managing the clinical side of care, including assessments, treatment goals, documentation, progress monitoring, and appropriate follow-up.

Position Information

  • Location: Maryland
  • Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
  • Complete client assessments and identify treatment priorities
  • Offer clinical support for anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma responses, and relationship concerns
  • Develop and maintain treatment plans based on client progress
  • Complete notes and required records within expected timelines
  • Recognize risk concerns and take appropriate clinical action
  • Maintain state licensing, privacy, and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Active Maryland LCPC license in good standing
  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
  • Experience providing therapy in outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth settings
  • Ability to work independently while managing a remote caseload
  • Strong written documentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth tools
