You will be the Free2move ambassador within our dealership network and your mission is to develop and optimize our Rent agency network with a fleet of several hundred vehicles for the North of Germany

As an operations specialist at F2M, you will have the opportunity to help drive growth and shape the future of our SaaS business.

You will be responsible for improving business KPIs by providing training and coaching, as well as operational advice and guidance on how to manage car rental company activity.

You have a background in car rental operations and/or network management.

SPECIFIC TASKS AND MAIN DUTIES:

The Mobility Manager is responsible for supporting their sales area within the German organization, particularly in the following areas:

  • Acquisition of license partners

  • Sale of VaaS (Vehicle as a Service) products to license partners

  • Increasing Rent registrations per license partner

  • Business consulting / Potential and economic analysis

  • Industry-specific consulting

  • Segment / vehicle / capacity analysis

  • Creation and monitoring of action plans

  • Local market development

  • Basic training and instruction of employees on technical and IT topics

  • Training / coaching

  • Support / taking on tasks within competence teams

You report to the Operations Team Leader of Free2move.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Above-average commitment

  • Completed studies in business administration or a commercial vocational qualification

  • Willingness for ongoing personal development

  • Ability to design and organize their direct and indirect work environment long-term and systematically

  • Sales mindset and commercial aptitude

  • Negotiation and project management skills

  • Ability to acquire knowledge and share own knowledge
