Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer to join our international infrastructure team in Bucharest. In this role, you will support and manage shared network-security solutions like Firewalling, Micro segmentation, Infrastructure as code and more, with focus to our cloud environment. You will play a key role in the international data center migration project, preparing and supporting rollout activities and contributing to automation efforts. This position is part of an international team focused on modernizing and securing our infrastructure landscape.

What you'll do

  • Support and manage network requirements for the transition of local data centers to Azure cloud (international data center migration project);
  • Coordinate and execute network-related tasks within an international infrastructure team;
  • Implement automation initiatives in network operations via IaC and API;
  • Ensure proper documentation and standardization of network configurations;
  • Development of secure cloud networking and firewall policies;
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution with other experts within 3rd level support.

What you'll bring

  • At least 5 years of hands-on implementation experience as a Network Engineer
  • Expert-Level Knowledge in enterprise network environments and management, with strong focus on network security (firewalling and tunneling);
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform, Ansible);
  • Advanced Knowledge in cloud networking with Azure;
  • Experience with AI in network security environments is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills in international environments;
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • Strong commitment and customer-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
