  • Perform assignments and potentially lead projects within own discipline; solve moderately complex to complex problems using technical experience and judgement
  • Explain complex or sensitive information clearly and serve as a resource for colleagues, mentoring less experienced team members

Job Description

Job Summary

Signature Closers, part of the family of companies at Stewart Title, and the Stewart Signing Solutions group are is seeking a Client Technical Solutions Specialist who promotes Stewart’s digital/technical services and solutions through various sales and support activities designed to ensure customer success using established technical skills to maximize revenue, usage, and market share


Job Responsibilities

  • Work with Stewart's suite of signing solutions including NotaryCam, Signature Closers, Stewart Sign, and Signer's Choice to promote digital/technical services and solutions to Stewart clients.

  • Act as a liaison between clients’ technical teams and our internal IT department.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and business needs including product training.

  • Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline.

  • Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization.

  • Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals.

  • Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents.

  • Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner.

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

  • Individual contributor working with limited oversight.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred


Experience

  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience

  • Experience creating, designing, and integrating technologies using new and existing development technologies, APIs, and database

  • Real estate, lending, or title experience preferred

  • Zapier, or similar, experience a plus.
