  • 5+ years of experience in the medical/healthcare industry (private client experience preferred)
  • Strong business development mindset with proven client development and project advancement capabilities
  • Excellent market analysis, sales strategy execution, cross-functional collaboration, and resource integration skills, plus strong product understanding for client communication

Requirements:

  • Regional sales strategy execution for Jiangsu and Anhui private healthcare clients, including target setting and coordinating internal/external resources to drive revenue growth
  • New business development and end-to-end project management with private medical customers, identifying opportunities and leading key projects from discovery to closing; improve win rate and conversion efficiency
  • Sales operations and forecasting, including timely progress reporting, order forecasts, and cost control; manage sales process effectively
  • Market intelligence and relationship development: monitor regional market dynamics and competitors; support marketing activities and expand regional business; establish and maintain relationships with major private customers and key decision-makers, including regional show-site demonstration customers to enhance brand presence

  • 负责江苏部分区域及安徽部分区域民营客户的业务拓展与销售目标达成
  • 制定并执行区域销售策略,整合公司内外部资源推动业绩增长

🔹 客户开发与项目推进

  • 主动开拓民营医疗客户,挖掘潜在项目机会
  • 全流程推进重点项目(从需求挖掘到成交),提升项目赢率与转化效率

🔹 业务管理与预测

  • 按时提交项目进展、订单预测及相关业务报告
  • 有效进行销售过程管理及成本控制

🔹 市场洞察与竞争分析

  • 持续跟踪区域市场动态及竞争对手信息
  • 支持并参与市场推广活动,助力区域业务拓展

🔹 客户关系与生态建设

  • 建立并维护民营大客户及关键决策人关系
  • 维护区域重点示范客户(show-site),提升品牌影响力与市场认知
