Roles & Responsibilities

  • Apprenticeship for a BAC+4/5 master's level program, with a business school background and IT interest or an engineering background with strong IT project management orientation
  • Technical skills: basic IT knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook; Teams) and familiarity with AI tools (Copilot); interest in new technologies
  • Soft skills: motivation and proactivity, strong organizational ability, curiosity and willingness to learn, rigor, and excellent written and verbal communication, with teamwork spirit
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Requirements:

  • Acquire and apply the PMI-PMP project management methodology, understanding and applying the five process groups and the ten PMP knowledge areas
  • Manage a project end-to-end: define objectives, develop a detailed project plan, and track progress using project management tools and techniques
  • Develop leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate teams and stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure project success, including proper escalation at the right level and time
  • Innovate in project management by proposing new working methods and leveraging advanced AI tools (including Copilot) to optimize preparation, analysis, and project control, with the aim of increasing productivity, improving deliverables quality, and profitability; interact with various Kyndryl clients

Objectifs :

  • Acquisition des compétences en gestion de projet selon la méthodologie PMI-PMP ;
    • Comprendre et appliquer les cinq processus de gestion de projet : lancement, planification, exécution, surveillance et clôture.
    • Maîtriser les dix domaines de connaissance du PMP, tels que la gestion de l'intégration, du scope, du temps, des coûts, de la qualité, des ressources humaines, des communications, des risques, des approvisionnements et des parties prenantes.
    • Capacité à faire des escalades au bon niveau, au bon moment et avec la bonne communication.

 

  • Capacité à gérer un projet de bout en bout ;
    • Être capable de définir les objectifs du projet, élaborer un plan de projet détaillé, et suivre l'avancement du projet en utilisant des outils et techniques de gestion de projet.
    • Développer des compétences en leadership et en communication pour coordonner efficacement les équipes et les parties prenantes, résoudre les problèmes et assurer la réussite du projet.
  • Apporter de l’innovation dans le métier de chef de projet ;
    • Développer un regard neuf sur le métier de chef de projet en proposant des méthodes de travail innovantes et adaptées aux enjeux actuels. L’alternant(e) sera encouragé(e) à expérimenter l’usage avancé des outils d’Intelligence Artificielle (dont Copilot) afin d’optimiser la préparation, l’analyse et le pilotage des projets. L’objectif est d’identifier et de mettre en œuvre des pratiques permettant d’augmenter la productivité opérationnelle, d’améliorer l’expérience client, et d’aligner les modes de delivery avec les nouvelles attentes du marché. Ces approches devront contribuer à accélérer la prise de décision, à renforcer la qualité des livrables, et in fine, à accroître le volume de signatures de projets ainsi que la rentabilité globale.

 

Vous serez amené dans le cadre de vos missions à interagir avec différents clients de Kyndryl.

Niveau de diplôme préparé

Alternance pour un BAC+4/5

Profil école de commerce avec appétence IT ou ingénieur avec une appétence forte pour la conduite de projet informatique

Compétences techniques requises

Compétences en informatique de base (Suite Office Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint…), Outlook (rédaction d’emails), messagerie instantanée (Teams), utilisation des outils d’Intelligence Artificielle (Copilot)
