Technology-Software Engineer

教育背景：全日制本科及以上 专业方向：计算机相关专业，例如，软件工作、计算机科学与技术、电子科学与技术等 外语能力：英语四级及以上，可做清晰流利的自我表达与沟通 计算机相关能力：

熟悉数据结构和算法，熟练掌握一到两种主流编程语言及技术框架，前后端均可，例如，C++，JAVA，.NET，VUE等

熟悉数据库相关知识，例如建表、索引优化、SQL查询、简单数据库设计与数据分析等

实战经验：截止到面试时的半年内，要有在校课程设计或实习培训等实际实战经历。候选人独立完成最佳，若是小组合作模式，则需负责主要功能模块的技术实现 New IT 能力 （不是必须，但有可优先考虑）：

Cloud Knowledge：对主流的云平台的产品特性和平台能力有初步了解，有实际使用经验更佳，如腾讯云，阿里云等。

AI Knowledge： 对主流的AI相关产品或工具特性和能力有基本了解，有实际使用经验更佳。

软技能要求：

学习能力：候选人需具备强烈的求知欲和快速的学习能力，面对新鲜事物要勇于实践并快速形成个人理解。

沟通能力：候选人需具备积极的沟通意愿与能力，可清晰且有条理的进行自我表达，并能敢于应对一些复杂的沟通场景。

团队合作：候选人需具体团队协作精神，愿意与团队分享知识，互帮互助，尊重和倾听不同的观点和建议。
