Business Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst 2 to support a large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiative focused on enhancing public-facing online services and improving operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, project teams, and development resources to gather requirements, analyze business processes, support Agile delivery, and contribute to the successful implementation of modern enterprise applications.

Requirements

• University degree or post-secondary diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IM/IT environments related to business applications
  
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  

• Enterprise-level requirements gathering and facilitation
  
• Business process analysis and transformation initiatives
  
• User story development and backlog management
  
• Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
  
• UAT coordination and testing support
  
• Agile / SAFe methodologies
