B.Eng., B.Sc., B.Comm., MBA or equivalent technical education.
3+ years of project management, design or controls related experience.
Ability to travel 25-50% of the role.
Requirements:
Lead design and implementation of short- and long-term project and portfolio solutions, including Oracle, Emerald and third-party tools, on-premise and in the cloud.
Conduct solutions selection, ROI analysis and proposal development for phased implementations; manage project delivery, progress reporting and client relationships.
Design, configure, integrate, automate, customize, test and provide ongoing support; develop training and facilitate tool adoption for clients.
Identify new initiatives/tools, support Emerald tool development, and contribute to case studies, blogs and conference presentations to share knowledge.

The Role - Implementation Specialist
As an Implementation Specialist, you play a leading role with client and internal project delivery success. You take a hands-on leadership role designing and implementing short and longterm project and portfolio solutions including Oracle, Emerald and third-party software tools both on-premise and in the cloud.
The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative, proactive self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, team environment. He/she embraces learning new tools, and sharing this technology with clients in innovative ways to improve their project delivery. A passion for working with clients to build long-term relationships and project success is critical.
