Project Overview & Culture

This is a stable, long-term project focused on the operation of a major Japanese mobile application. We take pride in our efficient, remote-first environment and value the following team culture:

Key Responsibilities

    Qualifications

    • Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N2 level or equivalent.
      • Ability to handle daily conversations and professional communication via chat (reading/writing).
      • Focus is on accurate understanding of instructions and reporting status rather than mastery of complex honorifics (Keigo).
    • IT/OA Skills: Proficiency in basic PC operations (Excel, Google Sheets).
    • Work Ethic: Ability to follow established operational flows and complete tasks steadily and accurately.

    • Experience living or studying in Japan.
    • Basic understanding of Web/IT terminology (e.g., HTML/CSS concepts).
