TekRecruiter has been asked to recruit a Lead Automation Testing Engineer (SDET) to join a growing technology company building revolutionary Fin-tech products that have quickly become a global industry leader!

Job Description:

Lead and define our quality strategy and champion quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Lead a team of test automation engineers to design and build a set of testing tools and frameworks that will be used by the same group and product engineers to test our high performance web applications
Execute test cases within the Functional or Web Services Automation framework
Demonstrated history of success in rapidly changing environments ensuring the delivery of quality products on-time.
This role is responsible for leading quality reviews of various applications and includes validation of projects test strategy, test plans and test scripts; ensuring adherence to the QA Testing standards and company compliance
Define and track QA metrics/KPI for reporting
Participate in monitoring, analysis and resolution of application failures in development and testing phases of the software development lifecycle.
Provide technical and architectural leadership for the Automated Testing Engineering team within the Engineering department.

Requirements:

8+ years of relevant experience in test automation development.
Experience with automation tools and frameworks – Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress, jUnit, TestNG.
Experience designing functional automation and non-functional tests automation scripts using TypeScript and Java programming languages.
