DSP Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented DSP Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. As a DSP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, porting, and optimizing audio algorithms across various hardware platforms and operating systems. You will work on cutting-edge audio technologies in C/C++, collaborate with a dynamic team, and contribute to the creation of advanced audio processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, port, and optimize audio algorithms on multiple hardware platforms and operating systems.
  • Work on audio technology development in C/C++.
  • Port and optimize audio technologies for different DSP processor architectures.
  • Collaborate with the team to discuss and evaluate various solutions for complex problems.
  • Create system design, entity diagrams, and models to communicate solutions effectively.
  • Develop Digital Signal Processing (DSP) hardware and software for audio processing.
  • Optimize prototype and design parameters to enhance performance, with a focus on reducing development cycle time.
  • Predict the performance of new or modified product prototypes before fabrication and testing.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Science.
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in firmware and DSP domain.
  • Strong knowledge of DSP software architectures and audio signal processing.
  • Experience with ARM optimization.
  • Valuable experience in fixed-point implementation.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented software development using C/C++.
  • Experience with DSP processors, such as ADI Sharc processors.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a preference for international experience.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with revision control systems (e.g., Git) and Continuous Integration systems (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).
  • Experience with Jira and familiarity with the Scrum process is a plus.
