Millennial Assistants is looking to expand our network of freelance Zoho Administrators and Developers! We're looking for a talented and highly motivated Zoho developer that is experienced in Deluge and development of custom functions and APIs on Zoho creator and experienced in integrating external applications and a suite of enterprise Zoho One applications.

  • You are familiar with various Zoho apps, including Recruit, CRM, and People, and enjoy diving into new challenges and solving problems with integrations and implementations across Zoho Systems
  • You have an understanding of how being an independent contractor works - you are your own business
  • You're a self-starter who frequently says, "I don't know how to do that, but I'll figure it out!"
  • You're tech savvy and require minimal oversight
  • You understand the business process flow and requirements of team members to implement and customize various elements and objects in Zoho
  • You have experience with custom Zoho development using Zoho Creator
  • You have a sharp eye for detail and are obsessed with developing effective systems for business owners
  • You understand the importance of safeguarding all critical data, information, and communication.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Developing custom APIs, methods, and functions as a software developer
  • Implementing, customizing, and administrating of suite of enterprise Zoho applications including Recruit, CRM, Cliq, People, Zoho Mail, and more
  • Designing, developing and maintaining custom Zoho functions and workflows
  • Training clients on how to effectively use the Zoho applications and creating required training material/guidelines, as needed
  • Assisting clients in day to day questions or technical concerns
  • Working with the Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues, tracking issues and providing periodic updates
  • Providing system admin / IT support to clients
  • Creating custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes, within or outside of Zoho
  • Utilizing Zoho modules features to automate various business processes
  • Reviewing and analyzing Zoho data to identify discrepancies and incomplete information and working with clients to help resolve the discrepancies


Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be located within the US 
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Experience in custom development using Zoho Creator
  • Experience with development, implementation, and customization in Zoho Recruit, CRM, and/or People
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pass Millennial Assistants skills assessments and tests
