  • Remote work eligibility with a 24/7 shift schedule in the Pacific Time Zone
  • Minimum hardware: Windows PC with Intel i7 8th gen or i5 10th gen (or AMD Ryzen 3600+), 12 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD, and 2 GB graphics; Mac variants (M1/M2 or equivalent) with 12 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD
  • Internet requirements: jitter < 10 ms, latency < 160 ms, upload ≥ 25 Mbps, download ≥ 40 Mbps; secondary internet backup required
  • Power backup capable of sustaining at least 8 hours; UPS alone not sufficient

  • Answer inbound calls, convert them to leads, then to towing jobs

Job description

This is a remote position.

The Call Center Agent will be answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for managing a whole lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations.
2. Identify the needs of client and find solution to it.
3. Answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. Remote
2. Shift-based — in a Call Center that works 24/7.
3. Pacific Time Zone

Requirements

RAM: Minimum of 12 GB
Storage: 128 GB SSD or higher
Graphics: 2 GB graphics memory

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5,7,9 (Minimum series 3600)
RAM: Minimum of 12 GB
Storage: 128 GB SSD or higher
Graphics: 2 GB graphics memory
 
Macintosh Specs
Processor: Core i7/ i5 / M1/ M2
RAM: Minimum of 12 GB
Storage: 128 GB SSD or higher
Graphics: 2 GB graphics memory
 
2.  Main Internet Speed Requirement

Upload: more than 25mbps

A reliable power backup that could sustain a minimum of 8 hours (full shift)
