This is a remote position.

Job Position: Hangzhou China

Responsibilities: 

Oversee studio level franchise strategy.


Direct and manage all aspects of game development, live operations, user acquisition, brand marketing, customer service, third party collaboration

Fully understand market trends and global competitive landscape, be able to identify opportunities in game development and marketing partnerships

Requirements


A minimum of 10 years' experience in video games industry, mobile is must, PC/console a plus

Shipped multiple high grossing products, mobile gaming experience preferred

Extraordinary communications, project management, and relationship-building skills

Able to work well in a cross-culture, cross-border team environment and simultaneously manage multiple complex projects

Experience formulating product messaging and marketing plans, as well as experience with a wide range of business models and monetization methods

Exhibited ability to coach and mentor employees at all levels

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
