  • Review plan limits and perform annual tests on plan data, prepare nondiscrimination tests, and calculate employer calculations
  • Prepare audit packages and other government filings

Description  

The DC Compliance Analyst will be responsible for working in a team environment, completing assigned tasks, retaining information, and building knowledge in the field. As knowledge about the field increases, responsibilities and tasks will grow, up to and including responsibility of providing all aspects of plan administration to assigned clients.

 What You Will Do 

In this role, you will: 

  • Gain full understanding of clients and their plans to proactively manage accounts

 What We Are Looking For 

Required Professional Qualifications 

  • 1-5 years of defined contributions industry experience with an aptitude towards problem solving 

Preferred Professional Qualifications 

  • QKA certification  
  • Previous experience manually performing nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP), 415 and 402g testing 
  • Previous experience manually completing government filings such as 5500’s, 8955’s, and 5330’s 
  • Highly proficient in Excel (expertise in xlookups, pivot tables, etc.)

  • Proficiency in the use of computers and other general office equipment 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Location 

 This role is based out of the Milliman office in Dallas, Texas, but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US.  

Compensation 

 The overall salary range for this role is $59,200 - $109,020.  

For candidates residing in: 

  • Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is $68,080 - $109,020. 
    • All other locations the salary range is $59,200 - $94,800.  

    A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
