Job description
This is a remote position.

Assist with development applications, construction certificates, tender packages, and as-built documentation.
Support the preparation of presentation materials, design visuals, and documentation packages for clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders to coordinate design documentation and resolve technical issues.
Incorporate design revisions, consultant feedback, and project markups into updated drawing packages.
Conduct site inspections and attend project and client meetings as required.
Ensure all documentation aligns with project specifications, Australian building codes, and relevant industry standards.
Manage drawing revisions, document control, and file organisation throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the team in meeting project deadlines while maintaining high levels of drafting accuracy and presentation quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement of drafting processes, BIM workflows, and documentation standards.
Support projects from concept design through to construction and project completion.

Experience with industrial facilities, warehouses, commercial developments, retail projects, or large-scale construction projects is highly regarded.
Familiarity with SketchUp, Navisworks, and other architectural visualisation or coordination tools is advantageous.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Experience working within an architectural, construction, or design consultancy environment is preferred.
