Title: Credit Repair Consultant Virtual Assistant

Overview

This established and fully bonded credit repair company is seeking a Credit Repair Consultant Virtual Assistant to support client consultations, lead follow-up, onboarding, and customer support activities.
This role combines warm lead follow-up, client communication, administrative support, and sales support responsibilities. The VA will speak directly with clients by phone, chat, and virtual consultation, helping explain the credit repair process and guiding clients through onboarding and account management.

This is a voice-heavy, fast-paced role best suited for candidates who are confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Credit repair experience is a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Client Communication & Consultations
● Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective and active clients
● Review and discuss client credit reports at a high level
● Explain the credit repair process and available services clearly and professionally
● Communicate clearly with clients and help resolve questions or concerns

Lead Follow-Up & Sales Support
● Follow up with warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales process
● Assist with outbound lead follow-up activities
● Support the internal sales team with scheduling and communication
● Conduct cold lead outreach activities during downtime through phone calls, LinkedIn,
Instagram, Facebook, and other assigned outreach methods

Client Onboarding & Administrative Support
● Maintain accurate client records within the CRM
● Update account information and document interactions properly
● Assist with onboarding and account setup processes
● Support day-to-day administrative workflows related to client management

Team Coordination
● Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to support client success
● Follow established workflows and communication standards
● Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client information

    Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


    Skills

    The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

    Experience in phone sales, telemarketing, customer service, or virtual support roles
    ● Strong verbal and written English communication skills
    ● Comfortable with inbound and outbound phone communication
    ● Experience working inside CRM systems
    ● Ability to maintain organization and follow structured workflows
    ● Credit repair experience is a plus, but not required
    ● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information professionally

    APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE / REQUIRED

    ● RingCentral or similar VOIP systems
    ● CRM platforms (client-specific CRM; training provided)
    ● Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet, Chat, etc.)


      Work Schedule

      • Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
      • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
      • Daily Working Time: 9:30 am to 5 pm PST

      Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

      Terms of Engagement

      • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
      • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
      • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement

      • MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 40 hours/week (Full-Time)
      • SHIFT TIME ZONE: PST
      • SHIFT HOURS: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST
      • SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday
      • NUMBER OF VAs: 1
      • GENDER PREFERENCE: Female preferred
      • LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: English required; bilingual English/Spanish is mandatory
      • ACCENT PREFERENCE: Level A–B (native or near native English accent required)
      • REGION PREFERENCE: Mix of Offshore and Nearshore candidates preferred
