  • Reporting & Workflow Coordination: Generate reports and maintain operational visibility; track internal workflows and pending tasks; identify inefficiencies and process improvements
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with leadership on accounting and operational workflows; support initiatives to improve processes and system organization

Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

 

Our client is a growing flooring and remodeling company currently implementing and optimizing Odoo ERP systems to support accounting operations, customer management, invoicing, workflow tracking, and operational organization across the business.

Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Role Overview

The Odoo & Accounting Support Specialist will support the company’s accounting operations, ERP management, workflow organization, and administrative processes.

This role requires someone detail-oriented, systems-focused, and comfortable managing operational and financial data within Odoo and related systems. The ideal candidate has experience working within ERP platforms and understands accounting support, operational coordination, and system organization.

Key Responsibilities

Odoo ERP Management

  • Maintain and update records within Odoo

  • Assist with workflow organization and operational tracking

  • Support system accuracy and day-to-day ERP management

  • Help improve operational processes and internal organization

Accounting & Administrative Support

  • Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and bookkeeping support

  • Organize financial records and operational documentation

  • Support reporting and administrative accounting tasks

  • Coordinate with leadership on accounting and operational workflows

Reporting & Workflow Coordination

  • Generate reports and maintain operational visibility

  • Track internal workflows and pending tasks

  • Help identify inefficiencies and process improvements

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, ERP administration, or operational support roles

  • Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems strongly preferred

Skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with operational systems and reporting

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work independently and proactively

  • Experience using tools such as Odoo, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems preferred
