Job description

What You'll Do:

We are seeking a Product Manager to redesign how technology decisions flow—from insight to confident action—across a large organization. Your work will center on building an optimized decision stream that makes the right decisions clear, actionable, and appropriately adopted without friction. 

This first of its kind role offers a front row seat to a broader product mission and the opportunity to grow alongside a team transforming how architecture delivers value.  

Own the Decision Value Stream (Core) 

  • Lead and evolve the Decision Value Stream as a product—ensure decisions are made once with evidence, embedded into delivery workflows, discoverable, reusable, and consistently applied 
  • Apply product thinking to architecture decisions and execution so the “right path is the easy path” 
  • Build and mature the architecture decision system and decision memory with visibility into adoption, reuse, and exception handling to ensure decisions scale without becoming bottlenecks 
  • Develop products that solve the awareness gap between decisions and what gets delivered across the enterprise 

Support the Broader Product Family 

  • Partner closely with product leadership to support the larger product family ait evolves 
  • Ensure continuity and reinforcement across products to drive aligned outcomes

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $104400 - $163200 / year Salary Details:

The following locations are examples of market-specific salary ranges across different geographies. 

  • Wichita, KS: $104,400 - $122,400 / year
  • Des Moines, IA: $110,200 - $129,200 / year
  • Charlotte, NC: $116,000 - $136,000 / year
  • Chicago/Minneapolis: $127,600 - $149,600 / year
  • Los Angeles/New York City: $139,200 - $163,200/ year
Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible: Yes Additional Information:

Senior Product Manager I minimum qualifications 

  • 6+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education. 
  • 3+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders.
