We’re looking for innovative, driven Engineering Managers who are passionate about technology and sustainability to join us in building tools that enable companies to make smarter, more responsible decisions. This role is a fixed, permanent position.

 

The role:  

  • Manage a team of 5 to 8 engineers, some of which will be new team members, while also actively supporting the team by participating in the ongoing projects

  • Enable professional and personal growth for the team through professionalism, c coaching and developing technical expertise 

  • Provide support to the VP Of Engineering in hiring the best talent through seamless technical interviews and thorough onboarding processes 

  • Mentor, pair, and delegate work to foster the professional and technical growth of y your engineering team 

  • Drive delivery through excellent coordination and a well planned strategy throughout your cross-functional team 

  • Introduction of best coding practices and improve our code base on the backend
