The job

As a Customer Care Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service to current and potential clients for a Dutch energy company. By following the right procedures, you will ensure a great customer experience. You bring your smile over on the phone, helping customers all day long. You will be responding to incoming calls, chats and emails and support customers.

Your daily work will include tasks like:

  • Assisting customers with invoices, reminders and payments
  • Support costumers with tariff changes and contract questions
  • Manage complaints, such as overcharges or overpayments
  • Help with retention and move requests
  • Identify and act on sales opportunities in a service-oriented way

  • 40 hours work week: Work from Monday - Saturday

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Flemish at a native level and English at a basic level (B2)

🎓 Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

🥇 You take initiative, ask questions, make suggestions and you are flexible.
