The job

Are you always the one planning the agenda when it comes to making plans with your friends? Maybe you could translate that skill to this job. As a Appointment Setter for telecommunications and ICT company, you play a key role in supporting the sales team. You will do this by contacting potential customers (prospects) and scheduling face-to-face meetings with a advisor from our company, at their home. Discipline and regularity are important in this role.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Contacting prospects from the provided database to create interest in the companies services and arrange appointments with the sales advisor
  • Scheduling the agreed appointment directly in the advisor’s calendar
  • Turning cold leads into warm leads by building interest and trust with potential customers
  • Supporting sales efforts by preparing the customer for the advisor’s visit and increasing the chances of signing a contract
  • Reconfirming appointments with customers one day before the scheduled visit
