Job description

About High Scale

We’re High Scale — a future-focused, data-obsessed agency revolutionizing video advertising on TV and social media. Think Amazon’s obsession with customer experience meets SpaceX’s fearless ambition—that’s the DNA behind everything we do.

Our 120-person team of creatives, strategists, and innovators produces thousands of high-impact campaigns weekly for the world’s leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2026—and we need an Associate Producer who is the ultimate organizer, anticipating needs and keeping our high-velocity production engine running smoothly.

Why This Role Matters

Momentum, organization, and details are your playground. As an Associate Producer, you are the right hand of the Production team. You operate in the trenches, ensuring that briefs are clear, assets are organized, timelines are met, and quality is maintained.

You are the glue that holds the creative process together. While the Senior Producers look at the big picture, you ensure no detail slips through the cracks. Your work directly impacts our efficiency and speed to market. If you are a master multi-tasker looking to learn the ropes of high-end commercial production from the inside out, this is your launchpad.

What You’ll Do

  1. Support End-to-End Production

    • Assist Senior Producers in managing the daily workflow of video campaigns, from project kickoff to final delivery.

    • Track the status of dozens of simultaneous projects, updating project management boards (Asana, ClickUp, Notion) in real-time.

    • Flag potential blockers or delays immediately and work to resolve them before they impact the deadline.

  2. Asset Management & Organization

    • Act as the gatekeeper for creative assets. Ensure raw footage, music, scripts, and brand guidelines are organized and accessible to the editing team.

    • Perform quality checks on incoming assets from creators and outgoing deliverables from editors (checking for correct specs, spelling, and audio levels).

  3. Coordinate Creative Teams

    • Serve as a liaison between the creative team (editors, designers) and the account team.

    • Translate feedback into clear, actionable notes for editors to execute.

    • Ensure creative briefs are fully populated with all necessary information before production begins.

  4. Resource & Vendor Support

    • Assist in sourcing voice-over talent, stock footage, or specialized freelancers as needed.

    • Handle administrative tasks related to production, such as contract management, release forms, and invoicing.

Who You Are

  1. A Rising Production Talent

    • 1–3 years of experience in production, project management, or account coordination (agency or digital media preferred).

    • You have a basic understanding of the video production lifecycle (Pre-Pro, Production, Post).

  2. The Most Organized Person in the Room

    • You love checklists, spreadsheets, and color-coded calendars.

    • You have an obsession with file naming conventions and folder structures.

  3. Proactive Problem Solver

    • You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a gap in the process or a missing file, and you fix it.

    • You are "solution-first" in your communication style.

  4. Tech-Savvy

    • Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp) and Google Suite.

    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Frame.io) is a massive plus, even if you aren't an editor.

  5. Excellent Communicator

    • Strong English proficiency is required. You are clear, concise, and professional in Slack, email, and Zoom. You know how to chase people for deliverables without being annoying.

Perks & Benefits

  • Growth Opportunities: This is the training ground for becoming a Senior Producer. Master the details, and the path upward is clear.

  • Relentless Innovation Culture: Move fast, test constantly, and collaborate with some of the most creative minds in social media and video production.

High Scale is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and believe it’s key to building teams that change the world—one perfectly managed project at a time.
