Our 120-person team of creatives, strategists, and innovators produces thousands of high-impact campaigns weekly for the world’s leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2026—and we need a Producer who can manage the pulse of our production engine, turning ambitious concepts into delivered assets from anywhere in the world.

Order, velocity, and execution are your playground. As a Remote Producer, you are the central nervous system of the project. You are the bridge between the client's business goals (via the Account team) and the creative magic happening in the edit bay or on the studio floor.

You don't just update spreadsheets; you engineer the workflow that allows us to scale. You ensure that despite the speed and volume of our output, quality never slips and deadlines are never missed. If you thrive on solving complex logistical puzzles and shepherding campaigns to the finish line, this is your launchpad.

What You’ll Do

  1. Manage End-to-End Production

    • oversee the full lifecycle of multiple video campaigns simultaneously—from the initial creative brief to post-production and final file delivery.

    • Build and enforce detailed production schedules, ensuring Art Directors, Editors, and Creators are aligned on milestones.

    • Act as the primary project owner, ensuring all blockers are removed before they impact the timeline.

  2. Resource & Budget Oversight

    • Allocate resources efficiently, managing project budgets and tracking actuals vs. estimates to ensure profitability.

    • Coordinate with the Sourcing team to book voice-over talent, UGC creators, or specific post-production specialists as needed.

  3. Bridge Strategy & Creative

    • Translate high-level strategy and client feedback into clear, actionable tasks for the production and post-production teams.

    • Facilitate seamless communication between departments, ensuring that the "creative vision" aligns with the "production reality."

    • Manage quality control (QC) checkpoints, ensuring deliverables meet High Scale’s technical and aesthetic standards.

  4. Optimize Remote Workflows

    • Master our project management ecosystem (Asana, ClickUp, Slack, Frame.io).

    • Proactively identify bottlenecks in our remote processes and propose solutions to make us faster and more efficient.

  1. A Seasoned Campaign Leader

    • 3–6 years of experience as a Producer in a digital agency, production company, or high-growth tech environment.

    • Proven track record of delivering high-volume video campaigns for social media or TV.

  2. Master of Organization

    • You are obsessed with details. You know where every file lives, when every deadline is, and who is working on what.

    • You can manage complex timelines and competing priorities without losing your cool.

  3. Excellent Communicator

    • Strong English proficiency is required. You are clear, concise, and persuasive in your written and verbal communication.

    • You are capable of managing expectations and de-escalating issues with a solution-first mindset.

  4. Tech-Fluent

    • You are comfortable working with remote collaboration tools. You understand post-production workflows (proxies, render times, codecs) enough to communicate effectively with editors.

  5. Adaptable & Resilient

    • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. You don't get frustrated by change; you pivot and keep moving.
