Roles & Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience with GenAI/LLMs and multi-agent frameworks, including knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases; familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
  • Strong software development background in Python and Java, with API development/integration and microservices experience.
  • Cloud and on-prem infrastructure expertise across AWS and Azure (AKS), plus Kubernetes/OpenShift, service mesh, serverless architectures (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), and native cloud services.
  • Experience with automation/DevOps tools such as Ansible, Azure DevOps, Rundeck; plus strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; English C1 or higher.

Requirements:

  • Design and implement AI solutions in public and private cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle).
  • Work with LLMs and multi-agent frameworks, develop RAG solutions, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Develop and integrate backend APIs in Python for AI applications; build containerized solutions using Kubernetes/OpenShift and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure project success; stay up-to-date on AI, cloud, and infrastructure trends; support IT operations and managed infrastructures.

Job description

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones de IA en entornos de cloud pública y privada (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle).

  • Trabajar con modelos de lenguaje (LLMs) y frameworks multiagente.

  • Desarrollar soluciones de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings y bases de datos vectoriales.

  • Utilizar plataformas de IA/Data Science, MLOps y pipelines NLP.

  • Desarrollar e integrar APIs backend en Python para aplicaciones de IA.

  • Implementar soluciones en contenedores (Kubernetes, OpenShift) y pipelines CI/CD.

  • Trabajar con frameworks como LangChain, LangGraph y CrewAI.

  • Colaborar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para asegurar el éxito de los proyectos.

  • Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias de IA, cloud e infraestructura.

  • Apoyar operaciones IT (ITOPS) e infraestructuras gestionadas.

Requisitos técnicos:

IA / GenAI:

  • Experiencia con LLMs y frameworks multiagente

  • Conocimiento de RAG, embeddings y bases de datos vectoriales

  • Experiencia con LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI

Desarrollo:

  • Experiencia sólida en Python, Java y microservicios

  • Desarrollo e integración de APIs

  • Conocimientos en CI/CD, Kubernetes, OpenShift y service mesh

  • Experiencia con Ansible, Azure DevOps, Rundeck

  • Conocimiento de arquitecturas serverless, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS

Cloud & Infraestructura:

  • 2–3 años de experiencia en cloud y entornos on-premise

  • 1–2 años de experiencia en IA y automatización

  • Experiencia con AWS, Azure (AKS) y servicios cloud nativos

Soft skills:

  • Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas

  • Trabajo en entornos dinámicos

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración

  • Nivel de inglés C1 o superior
