Roles & Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience managing end-to-end card operations projects (issuance, switching, processing) and integration with international networks.
  • Deep expertise in the card and payments business and in transforming and digitizing banking operations.
  • Proven track record leading technology transformation initiatives and platform modernization.
  • Strong knowledge of high-complexity regulatory requirements (PSR, PSD3) and agile/project management practices.

Requirements:

  • Lead end-to-end card operations projects (issuance, switching, processing) and integration with international networks, ensuring delivery aligned with TOP3O initiatives such as the Card Transversal Plan.
  • Drive technology transformation and platform modernization within Card/Payments operations, coordinating business and IT teams to enable digitization.
  • Oversee the launch of new financial products in the cards/payments space, aligning business objectives, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Interpret and apply high-complexity regulations (PSR, PSD3) and provide governance in cross-functional programs and initiatives within the Card Operations domain.

Experto en materia Operaciones de tarjetas (Banca) _Remoto madrid

En el ámbito del área de pagos y en el marco de la operativa de tarjetas se necesita incorporar

dos perfiles expertos (SME) en proyectos bancarios de Operaciones de tarjetas con el objetivo de

cumplir con los programas incluidos dentro de las iniciativas TOP3O, que incluyen el Plan

Transversal de Tarjetas, la interpretación de normativas de alta complejidad como pueden ser la

PSR y la PSD3, así como la transformación y digitalización del negocio.

+ Experto en proyectos bancarios con especialización en el negocio de tarjetas y Medios de

Pago

+ Amplia experiencia en la gestión integral de proyectos relacionados con emisión,

switching, procesamiento de tarjetas e integración con redes intemacionales

+ Experto en liderar iniciativas de transformación tecnológica, modernización de

plataformas

+ Lanzamiento de nuevos productos financieros, alineando objetivos de negocio,

cumplimiento regulatorio y eficiencia operativa.

+ Conocimientos de metodología Agile
