Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Experience with integration using REST and SOAP APIs and data modeling with security considerations.
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, plus experience with flows and triggers, governance limits, and bulkification.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, App Builder) and enterprise architecture exposure; insurance industry experience is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Develop and customize applications on Salesforce using Apex (triggers and business logic) and UI components with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs (sync/async) and contribute to architecture decisions and SSO planning.
  • Model data in Salesforce (objects, fields, and security) and implement Flows and other automations.
  • Design scalable solutions, manage large data volumes, and participate in technical task planning and architectural decisions.

Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un/a Salesforce Developer Senior con sólida experiencia en desarrollo e integración sobre la plataforma, capaz de diseñar soluciones escalables y participar en todas las fases del ciclo de vida del desarrollo.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollo en Apex (triggers, lógica de negocio)

  • Desarrollo de interfaces con Lightning Web Components y Visualforce

  • Integración con sistemas externos vía APIs REST/SOAP (sync/async)

  • Modelado de datos en Salesforce (objetos, campos, seguridad)

  • Implementación de Flows y automatizaciones

  • Diseño de soluciones (custom vs estándar)

  • Gestión de grandes volúmenes de datos

  • Participación en arquitectura e integraciones (SSO)

  • Planificación de tareas técnicas

Requisitos

  • +5 años de experiencia en desarrollo Salesforce

  • Experiencia en Apex, LWC, Visualforce

  • Experiencia en integraciones (REST/SOAP APIs)

  • Conocimiento de Sales Cloud y Service Cloud

  • Experiencia en modelado de datos y seguridad

  • Buenas prácticas (governor limits, bulkificación)

  • Experiencia con Flows y Triggers

Valorable

  • Experiencia en sector seguros

  • Certificaciones Salesforce (Platform Dev I, App Builder…)

  • Experiencia en arquitectura empresarial
