    We are a growing organization looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced virtual environment.

    Role Overview

    As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in helping our team stay organized, efficient, and productive. You will handle communication, scheduling, documentation, and other administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

    • Handle email inbox organization and respond to inquiries as needed

    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations

    • Maintain accurate digital records and filing systems

    • Assist with data entry and database management

    • Support recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews

    • Conduct basic online research

    • Provide general administrative support to the team

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or virtual assistant

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

    • Proficiency with office software (Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom, etc.)

    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    • High level of professionalism and discretion

    • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn

    Preferred Skills (Not Required)

    • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp)

    • Familiarity with CRM systems

    • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or social media management

Salary Range: $5-6/hr
