Responsibilities

  • Perform service on Jenbacher gas engines following maintenance protocols, including commissioning, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
  • Execute scheduled maintenance and repairs, and conduct on-site inspections in collaboration with colleagues per maintenance protocols.
  • Analyze mechanical and electrical issues, review engine historical data, perform fault finding, and create detailed service reports listing symptoms, actions, materials used, hours worked, results, and pending actions.
  • Ensure availability of required tool kits, maintain a safe and clean work environment, work effectively in teams or autonomously, and promptly process timesheets, expense reports, and safety/environmental/personnel forms.

Il Field Service Technician fornisce servizi su base diretta per la messa in servizio, la risoluzione dei problemi, la riparazione, la manutenzione ordinaria e altre attività di manutenzione sui motori a gas Jenbacher.
 
Luogo di residenza preferito: Nord-est d'Italia - Udine/Gorizia/Monfalcone

In questo ruolo sarai responsabile di:
  • Eseguire service sui motori Jenbacher con riferimento ai protocolli di manutenzione.
  • Effettuare manutenzioni programmate e riparazioni sui motori
  • Eseguire revisioni in cooperazione con i colleghi e nel rispetto dei protocolli di manutenzione
  • Coordinare i rapporti con i fornitori in sito
  • Monitorare le attività di manutenzione secondo i protocolli di sicurezza EHS
  • Analizzare le problematiche meccaniche ed elettriche, verificare i dati storici del motore
  • Ricerca guasti
  • Creare report di servizio riguardo gli interventi elencando sintomi, azioni, materiali usati, ore lavorate, risultati raggiunti e azioni in sospeso
  • Assicurarsi di essere dotati dei kit di attrezzi necessari all’esecuzione dei lavori
  • Assicurarsi un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e pulito
  • Lavorare attivamente in team o autonomamente
  • Processare in maniera tempestiva fogli di lavoro, reportistica delle spese, moduli di sicurezza ambientale e personale
Il tuo profilo:
  • Passione per la meccanica e per i motori a quattro tempi
  • Disponibilità a trasferte, anche di durata settimanale, fino al 70%
  • Interesse per l’aspetto meccanico ed elettrico
  • Conoscenze di base elettriche
  • Fluente in italiano e inglese (scritto e parlato)
  • Conoscenza di base PLC
  • Familiarità con il mondo dell’energia e della cogenerazione
  • Capacità di comprendere documenti tecnici
  • Capacità analitiche e di problem solving
  • Focus sul cliente
  • Capacità informatiche di base (Word / Excel / Windows)
  • Patente di guida valida
